CLICKLABS LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Your source video and workspace are private by default. We collect only what is needed to provide, secure, bill, and improve ClickLabs.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, process videos, generate and store thumbnails, enforce plan limits, process billing and partner attribution, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and communicate essential account information.

AI and service providers

ClickLabs sends the minimum necessary video, frame, or prompt data to infrastructure and AI providers that help perform the requested generation. We also use providers for hosting, database storage, payments, authentication, and transactional email. These providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations.

Public library

Your content is not public by default. If you choose “Share to public library,” the finished thumbnail and its public label may be displayed publicly. Source videos, private prompts, rejected concepts, and filenames are not published through that action.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as required for security, fraud prevention, legal, and accounting purposes. Temporary source-video data is removed according to the processing retention window. You may remove public-library items from your workspace.

Security

We use server-side sessions, one-way password hashing, single-use account tokens, access controls, request limits, and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You can keep generations private, remove published thumbnails, update account information, cancel a plan, or request account-data access or deletion. Some transaction and security records may be retained where legally required.
